This Is My Last Substack Post
Gratitude For This Container And For You As Readers
It’s been two years since I wrote my first article on Substack, July 2024.
It was a loaded time for me as I entered a void of rewriting my life, reviewing the past, closing many chapters and was in a liminal space of infinite possibility and fear.
And I am so grateful for the 200+ articles I have written since, some edited with AI, others not. Not this one.
For me Substack was a space to share from the heart, to piece together what was important to me:
from the Cycles Alchemy work to empower women by sharing a path to return to the intelligence of our body through the wisdom of each phase of our cycle,
to my life-long CRM work expertise working in luxury hospitality and fashion,
to my 5MIN4LOVE project to guide people back to their heart as a daily reminder to tune into the heart as the path back to self-leadership, the path back to creating a reality that is for the benefit of oneself, humanity, the Earth
and more recently these writings evolved further, some of them into confessions, others into statements.
Each of these articles were a path for me to connect to something greater that was coursing through me in the moment.
Each of these articles were a way to release into the ether something that felt important to share in this moment.
Each one of you has been instrumental to my writings, through your reading alone, to your following me, to your likes and comments.
And right now I want to close this chapter.
I don’t have clarity on what comes next yet.
But I feel like I’ve been keeping busy with too many creative outputs in too many directions. And that fertile creativity was important to come through from this fertile void.
All of these creations aligned with one core principle: empowering more heart-leaders to cocreate a better world together.
Love - leadership - moving with Nature’s cycles as a way to create and lead projects that are truly committed to a better future.
It seems we are slipping into a strange dystopian futuristic view of society. And I’m not worried, because I believe that enough of us are waking up to the fact that we have a choice. A choice to stand up for ourselves to create a better life for ourselves, the collective, our communities, our families. We have as much power as the political and industrial leaders of this world. Because we have a heart.
I believe enough of us are remembering our intrinsic connection to nature and how in order to cure our ailments, we must conspire towards a different way of life. I’m not a regressist and I feel like including seasonality, plant wisdom, traditions, honouring our heritage and cultures, sharing, ritualising and investing in the advancement of the technologies that benefit all parts of this ecosystem we live in are all paramount to this. As well as the end goal of more harmonious cohabitation.
This is very utopian. And who knows what will unravel. But I believe the age of exploitation and abuse, of people, external resources and our own internal worlds has to cease.
And right now, in a moment of redirection and precision, I choose to release the expectation I’ve placed on myself to write here regularly. To keep sharing what moves through me. Because sometimes it has felt irrepressible and other times it’s felt vulnerable and intimate.
And maybe I will come back (or not) with a clear intention.
I’ve been rejecting for the last two years the models that promised me to successfully turn my substack into a revenue stream. Those telling me to micro-niche and sell a programme, even though I have a programme for two great niches: love and menstrual cycle health.
Because I didn’t want to calculate, to trick, to strategise, to market, to place an expectation behind everything I did.
The result? I’ve made some sales but not from here. And I’ve certainly not built a profitable revenue stream. And that’s left me both disappointed and disillusioned at times. But also, makes sense.
Today, I realise the importance of community. I value being around REAL people in the flesh, spending time whilst hugging someone goodbye to feel their heartbeat, gazing into someone’s eyes as they reveal something vulnerable, holding someone’s hand whilst tears are running down their cheeks, snorting from laughing so hard until your abs are hurting the next day.
Today, I’m at a point where I need to close most doors to witness which ones open wider.
And so I’m closing this one.
Of course I will keep writing in my own many journals and notebooks.
I wish you to keep writing, reading, connecting. If you miss my writings I invite you to browse my history and maybe you’ll find something that touches you there. After all our writings are atemporal.
With love
Camille

Sad, but I also love the image at the end. The fertility, power and strength it represents ♥️
May this season bring you all that your heart desires and beyond :)
